Sleep Happy One-Day Retreat

This one-day retreat hosted at Asia Society Hong Kong Centre brought together a range of experts to deliver seminars and workshops which collectively looked into the power of sleep and what we can do to enhance it. With an expert panel discussing the science of sleep and how it impacts everything including  our behaviour and hormones, and practical sessions in breathwork, bodywork and yoga nidra, guests left equipped with the tools to help prioritise and manage their sleep.
